Virtual Residency | Drawing | Web3
Touch Grass was developed during my residency at SuperInternet World, a digital environment conceived as a collective drawing space. My room within this world offered a minimal setting where visitors could leave their traces, transforming the act of drawing into a shared gesture rather than a solitary practice.
The project embraces simplicity as resistance to the spectacle-driven culture of Web3. Instead of avatars, commodities, or hierarchies, it proposes a fragile, growing environment — a virtual field where marks accumulate over time, pixel by pixel, echoing the communal impulse of early cave drawings while reimagining it for the digital age.
